1. Acceptance And Scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the MYN Labs websites, applications, reports, exports, APIs, content, and services branded as FSI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and any additional notices that are clearly presented within the product.

FSI is offered as financial wellness and resilience analytics software. It is not a bank, lender, insurer, brokerage, investment adviser, consumer reporting agency, debt collector, payroll provider, tax preparer, law firm, or emergency assistance service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you can lawfully enter into these terms in your jurisdiction and only in a manner that complies with applicable law. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

The service is not directed to children or to users below the age of digital consent or contractual majority in their jurisdiction.

3. Accounts And Security

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and promptly updating information that becomes inaccurate or stale. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our own legal fault.

You must notify MYN Labs promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.

4. Password And Access Standards

You must choose and maintain a strong, unique password or passphrase and must not share your credentials with unauthorized users. Reused or guessable credentials increase risk to your account and to the service.

We may use session protections, login throttling, token rotation, and other technical controls to reduce unauthorized access and platform abuse.

5. Service Posture

FSI provides informational analytics, score interpretation, scenario modeling, reminders, dashboards, and related educational tooling intended to help users understand liquidity, leverage, runway, durability, and similar indicators of financial resilience.

The service is expressly positioned as self-directed financial wellness analytics only. It does not provide regulated investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, insurance advice, credit advice, underwriting, credit decisioning, claims administration, or discretionary money management.

6. No Professional Advice Or Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation, offer, fiduciary undertaking, or instruction to buy, sell, borrow, refinance, insure, restructure, or enter into any financial product or legal arrangement.

No attorney-client, adviser-client, auditor-client, broker-customer, lender-borrower, insurer-insured, or other regulated advisory or fiduciary relationship is created through use of the service.

7. User Inputs And Data Quality

Scores, alerts, simulations, and reports depend on the accuracy, completeness, timing, and relevance of the information you submit or maintain in the product. Stale, incomplete, or estimated inputs can materially change outputs.

If you upload or enter information about another person, you are responsible for ensuring you have an appropriate legal basis and permission to do so.

8. Automated Analytics And Model Limits

The service uses automated processing to transform user-supplied data into scores, narratives, planning prompts, benchmark views, and scenario outputs. Those outputs are directional and simplified. They may omit factors that matter in your circumstances and may become outdated as laws, markets, or personal facts change.

You agree not to treat any score, label, trend, or narrative as conclusive proof of solvency, compliance, suitability, or eligibility for any product or benefit.

9. Permitted And Prohibited Uses

You may use the service for personal financial organization, resilience monitoring, household planning, educational review, and internal self-directed planning that is consistent with these terms.

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, probe security, scrape data at scale without authorization, or use outputs as the sole or primary basis for a legally significant automated decision.

• No lending, underwriting, insurance pricing, collections, employment screening, tenant screening, or benefit eligibility decisioning.
• No use as a consumer report, credit score, debt collection script, or regulated suitability engine.
• No resale or republication that implies MYN Labs endorses a financial product or institution.

10. Plans, Features, And Availability

Some features may be offered on a free basis and others may be limited to paid or invited plans. Features, limits, quotas, exports, history depth, scenario counts, and benchmark access may vary by plan and may change over time.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features, scoring explanations, entitlement boundaries, integrations, or service dependencies to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to infrastructure constraints.

11. Communications

By creating an account, you agree that MYN Labs may send service-related messages such as authentication messages, account notices, legal notices, reminders, security updates, and product messages tied to operation of your workspace.

Where required by law, promotional communications will be based on appropriate consent or another lawful basis, and you may unsubscribe from optional marketing messages.

12. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on hosting, identity, communications, analytics, storage, monitoring, payment, or other third-party providers. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy notices, or technical limitations.

Links to third-party sites or tools are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

13. Intellectual Property And License

The service, software, interface design, brand elements, documentation, copy, scoring logic, explanatory content, visual design, and related materials are owned by MYN Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these terms, MYN Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the service for its intended purpose.

14. Your Content, Exports, And Feedback

You retain rights you hold in the data and content you lawfully submit, subject to the rights needed for us to host, process, secure, back up, transmit, display, and otherwise operate the service.

If you export or share reports, you are responsible for recipients, context, and any decisions made using that export. If you provide feedback, we may use it without restriction unless prohibited by law.

15. Suspension, Investigation, And Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to legal demands, address security issues, prevent harm, or enforce these terms.

You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not automatically erase data where retention is required for legal, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. MYN Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, compatibility, error-free operation, accuracy, and outcome reliability.

We do not guarantee score stability, economic outcomes, savings outcomes, forecast precision, legal compliance, tax treatment, investment results, or debt restructuring success.

17. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYN Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for damages arising from lost data, service interruption, or decisions made by you or others based on service outputs.

Where a limitation of liability is not permitted in full, liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MYN Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

19. Governing Law, Disputes, And Local Rights

Except where non-waivable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws identified by MYN Labs in the controlling service notice for your account or product instance. Mandatory local law may still override conflicting terms.

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer, privacy, accessibility, or data-protection rights that cannot be waived.

20. Changes, Severability, And Contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted in the service or on the website will control as of its stated effective date. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

21. UK, Australia, United States, And India Market Notices

United Kingdom: FSI is intended as financial wellness analytics only and not as regulated investment advice, insurance distribution, consumer-credit advice, mortgage advice, or another FCA-regulated personal recommendation service. UK users retain any non-waivable rights available under UK consumer and data-protection law.

Australia: FSI is not intended to provide financial product advice, personal advice, dealing, or other services requiring an Australian Financial Services licence. Australian users should obtain licensed advice before acting on product, credit, investment, superannuation, or insurance decisions.

United States: FSI is not a consumer reporting agency, lender, debt collector, broker-dealer, investment adviser, or insurance underwriter. It must not be used as the basis for credit, employment, tenant, insurance, or benefits decisions, and marketing communications remain subject to applicable federal and state opt-out and notice requirements.

India: FSI is not an NBFC, bank, intermediary, mutual-fund distributor, insurance intermediary, registered investment adviser, or regulated underwriting engine. It is not intended to replace local legal, tax, or licensed financial review, and Indian users retain rights available under applicable Indian consumer and data-protection law.
